Hello! Our December Home Family and Personal Enrichment Meeting is coming up fast!

Here is what you need to know!

Surviving the Holidays...
Thursday December 11th

5:30 pm - dinner will be served - if you are able to join us!
6:00 pm - our meeting will actually start!

I know that's a bit earlier than usual, but we want to have enough time for our meal, classes AND visiting.

Classes will include:

Surviving the holidays and...
1.) not going crazy - a special class taught by Sister Marianne Benson about holiday stress management

2.) not breaking the bank - a class on saving some cash

3.) and keeping it Christ centered - a class taught by Bishop Klem and his wife Christine and Sister Betty Smethers

We will have because of an overwhelming response...

A COOKIE EXCHANGE!
Here are the details:

• a sign up sheet will be pass around during RS
• sign up with your name and kind of cookie
• for each person signed up - make 4 cookies and put them in a snack bag OR sandwich bag (we will give you a total amount when it gets closer)
  
• we will divvy them up in the kitchen while classes are being held, this way everyone gets the same amount/kinds of cookies!

although there was a less enthusiastic response for the homemade gift exchange, those of you who want to participate in that - just bring your gift with you that night and we will exchange too.

We will also have a swap table - "take it or leave it"! I will drop the leftovers to the Salvation Army. Please bring in good condition - things that you no longer have use for - clothes, household items, books, baby toys or clothes...etc. It is not a get rid of your junk table.

These exchanges are entirely voluntary - so if you don't want to bake or make something - you don't have to! You will still have a merry ol' time!!
